Lasik Surgery - 30% risk of experiencing post-surgery side effects..Do it or not?

Doc said my risk of developing side effects <halos & starburst> after lasik surgery is about 30% because my pupils are big naturally. Should I do it? Anyone had similar situation as me...if so, please share stories! I need suggestions.

personally, i'm waiting for it to improve far beyond where it is now what's the hurry? got a spare set of eyes in case it doent work out? i dont, contacts and glasses arent that bad

no, don't do it. there was a report one day on the news, about a year ago, where this lady went blind because of this surgery 3 yr after having it. don't risk your vision.
there are risks associated with every procedure. if glasses correct your vision, use that as your choice.
