Why is my ear itchy and swollen all of a sudden?

Graves disease-Swollen lymph node, ear, jaw, & neck pain, sudden fevers, generally feeling unwell- what is it?

• I am in remission for graves disease (5 months). I have a swollen lymph node in my neck. It has been there for 3 weeks now. To begin with I had really bad pain in my ear...my whole right side of my neck, jaw and teeth. The doctors eventually gave me antibiotics and pain relief (pain relief has not worked). I finished the script 1 week ago. I still have mild pain on the right side of my neck which is radiating up into my ear. The lymph node is still swollen. I generally don't feel well...and at times feeling quite weak. I also keep getting a sudden fever. Does anyone know what this may be?? Thanks

  I'm not sure but I've been having the same issues. It started with a very high fever. Now my right lymph node is swollen and it feels like there is a bubble on it. Do you have this symptom?
