Bullmastiff puppy 20days now weak difficulty in standing. is this puppy fading syndrome?

if it is the pup will sadly die within 5-10days. get it to a vet for the proper nursing car it needs. is the pup staying away from the rest of the litter this is another symptom and usually does so to die. don't want to frighten you but seek veterinary assistant asap. i hope the pup is ok.
