How to get rid of spots and spot scars FAST?!?

I need to know how to get rid of spots and spot scars fast , im going on holiday next week and ii have quite alot of spot scars , how can i get rid of them or at least fade them?

Answer:
Put some toothpaste on the spots and leave overnight, it will help the spots to dry out, it always works for me :) For the scars, vinegar/lemon juice will work leave it in for a few hours though.
