How to clear blocked ears from flying?

Blocked ears for 2 years... HELP!!!?

  • Ok, this is my story. 2 years ago, when i was at a school sports day, i over did it, became exhausted and very sick with a horrible cold. My ears became blocked and i thought it was an ear infection, but the cold cleared up and my blocked ears where stil there, but the strange thing is that there is no pain... apart from very occasionaly. For two years, i have been to COUNTLESS specialists, doctors.. blah blah blah, even had my tonsils and adenoids removed (which did nothing) and here i am still frustrated with this unusual mystery thing. If you have ever been on an aeroplane, most people experience a blocked discomfort in the ears...people, I HAVE THIS EVERY DAY!!! so please please help me even if you have waky ideas, i dont care im trying anything that would possibly help. thankyou so much :)

    fill air in your mouth. keep it close in that state with air in your mouth not inhaled. This might reduce blocked condition. Try to do this as often as possible.

I have has problems with my ears since I was born. I dont have clogges ears all the time, but when I wake up in the morning the ear I slept on is usually so blocked im almost deaf in it. I have been told I have extremly short tubes in my ears and this leads to bad drainage and buildup in my inner ear. If i sit up for awhile it goes away. Im not sure if this helps snce you said you have been to all kinds of specialists. But you never know. Im really sorry to hear this, I know what its like to have ear problems. Good luck

This happens to me, Just turn your head to the left (Your left ear to your shoulder) first for about one minute and put your head straight do the same to the right and if it doesn't work repeat if neccessary.
