    Hi! I also have scoliosis, and I know there is nothing but doctor's surgery that can physically heal the problem. By yourself, there is no way you can unbend your spine, unless a doctor gives surgery or gives a brace. In order to get this brace, you need a 20 degree curve, and most have around 12. Good luck!

Talk to your doctor or see an orthopedist. There are many options when treating Scoliosis, Exercises, bracing (there are about 8 different types of braces). If your scoliosis is severe enough around 50 degrees and up your doctor may recommend surgery. I heard the Spinecor brace is really nice, especially for dancers because you can like wear it under your dance clothes. Talk to your doctor and see what he/she says. Good luck
