I think i have insomnia what should i do?

If you have trouble with falling asleep, or staying asleep, and it's been happening for awhile now: first try eating healthier and staying off the xomputer at least an hoir before you sleep. The blue screen begind the moniter releases melatonin and keeps you up. If you continue to have sleeping problems, seek a doctor. Many things contribute to insomnia such as depression and lack of nutrition. Also, insomnia usually lasts 2 weeks, any longer than that and you should DEFINITELY seek a doctor. Do some research of the symptoms of insomnia and sleep apnea. Melatonin may help.

These are some tricks that help me fall asleep. -are you afraid of the dark? I have been my whole life till last week. Just close your eyes and go to sleep. That's it I promise nothing cAn hurt you. -is there a lot on your mind? You can't solve all your problems right this second! So keep a pad and pen near your Bed and write down all you troubles. Check it in the morning to see what you need to do then you will have less to worry about before u sleep. The mind is most active before you fall asleep. -don't sleep with pets -mAke sure you are comfortBle -don't eat an hour before bed -don't exercise an hour before bed -don't use anything bright while you are in bed like a phone because it will wke you up even more Good luck (:
I listen to a hypnotic recording every night...it teaches you to relax your body and mind. you go into a trance...I read that a trance is really just light sleep. It seems to help me with my sleep problems.
