How do I get rid of a swollen lip from being hit, fast?

So my brother accidentally kneed my in the face and I now have a swollen lip. I got it yesterday and I've be alternating from ice and warm cloth every 15 minutes, but I have school tomorrow and I'm new there. Is there any way I can get it down by tomorrow?

Answer:
The heat is a very bad idea. Just ice for about 5 minutes every 1/2 hour or so - it will probably be less swollen tomorrow anyway.
