  • Answer:

I have a VERY bad inner ear problem and last year I had the worst vertigo of my life. the room was spinning, i couldnt close my eyes without feeling nauseaus, and i couldnt stand/walk. It went away after a few days with some medication... Now, I get moments when I lose my vision and everything spins and i have to sit down. It's been happening a lot this summer because of the humidity. What helps my vertigo is salt...a lot of soy sauce (sushi) is really good. Drink a lot of water and stay hydrated and the head rushes should go away ore at least be less painful and annoying. good luck!

It may be hypertension, or high blood pressure. Most doctors offices will let you have your blood pressure checked for free. You can even buy a wrist cuff at a drug store like Walgreens or CVS. Drink plenty of fluids (i.e. water, Gatorade) to keep yourself from getting dehydrated, another reason for vertigo.

Kitty!

This sounds to me like low blood sugar. People I know who are hypoglycemic often have problems like this where they get dizzy, or shaky, or even confused. I suggest that next time you feel like that, you try eating a little protein. A piece of cheese, or some nuts, or a piece of lunch meat. I also suggest cutting back on your sugar intake. When you eat high amounts of sugar, it spikes your blood sugar, then a couple of hours later it comes crashing down, causing the shakiness, confusion, and dizzy head feelings.

Delirious

the main thing is dont be getting streesed or mad it can make it worse if it happens when your walking then dont walk stay at home and sleep and rest as much as possible!
