What is a cure for cold sores?

Did anyone know that there was a cure for Cold Sores ?

  • I was doing research and it turns out that some pharmasutical companies buy cures and hide them in order to profit from selling medications, also here's a link that states that a cure has been developed, is that true? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herpes_simplex#Research

    I was allways told by my grandmother to use baking soda other than that the only thing i can think of is to use over the counter numbing agents to kill the pain untill it goes away on its own.

U have it for life wether u like it or not, ive suffered from them for 25 years and my 5 yr old daughter does too infact runs in the family! anyway as ive got older ive found the less stress i have or feeling down i dont get them!
