What kind of bug bite is hard and swollen?

Bug bite? Its on the leg and its 2 circles swollen that are infected had not spread. what kind of bite is it?

My sis has 2 bites on her leg that look infected. Ever since she had them she has gotten sick. Fever, extreme body aches, chills. At night she gets such a high fever that she shakes like crazy (no seizures just really cold) she went to the doc but the doc just took blood samples and gave her antibiotics. she wouldnt let me take a pic but the are to circles next to eachtother that are dry and swollen and have a patch in the middle. when i googled they look like infected bed bugs but we checked and we dont have bed bugs, plus its only 2 circles and no where else on her body. any idea what kind of bite it might be??
Answer:

It's probably a spider bite. If it don't improve get her back to a doctor.
