Swollen hands and feet?

What is causing my feet and hands to be swollen?

I woke up yesterday morning and my hands and feet were swollen. I cant bend my fingers all the way and my feet hurt to walk on them. They're itchy too. It was like that all day yesterday and now it seems to be worse today. Does anyone know what could be causing this and what I should do? I'm a 20 year old female and this has never happened to me before. I am on a prescribed medicine for high blood pressure that I started taking 3 weeks ago but I only take half a pill a day.

It may be drug related but nothing to worry about, its normal consult your physician it will go away, always take full dose prescribed.in case of oedema it is always itchy. but physical check up is required. visit your doctor immediately he might consider changing or adding one more pill, normally it is a side effect of one anti hypertensive.
