Warm leg feeling down to foot?

Very Swollen , red and Painful outer thigh Thigh, and lower Leg numbness (Thigh Ultrasound included)?

  • One year ago i had an avulsion fracture in my left anterior illiac spine. The fracture healed but i never worked on the muscles and tendons to get them back in shape. 5 Months ago i did some major and very intense training programs to try to lose weight but eventually quit because my left upper leg started hurting it. After some time, i noticed that my left upper leg was very swollen and red. The areas that were swollen were the front of the leg and the outer thigh, and the difference between both legs was clear. I also noticed that the skin in the swollen areas was reddening. The swelling area was really big going from the top of my thigh to three quarters the way down my leg. That area is also tender and if anything pushes against it, the sensation I feel is that theres something between my leg and whats pushing against it, like a layer of something i cant quite understand. I get that same feeling when i sleep on my side (left side down). That pain isnt the only problem. My lower leg and feet go numb much more easily than normal. If im just sitting with one leg over the other, one minute would last and then my foot would start going numb. Also when i wake up in the morning, my left foot would feel weak and the skin would be very sensitive. Also it would hurt when i tried to flex my toes. My lower leg feels tingly and prickly and i can always actively feel when jeans are rubbing against them, where my right lower leg is normal. I've had multiple MRI's which show no problem in the muscles and no legions. Then I had an ultrasound in my thigh where the doctor said that I have an abnormally large fat layer in my left thigh and said i should just leave it alone. I did that, but it just keeps getting worse and hurting more, and today, my left foot feels cold. I have included a picture of the ultrasounds, some comparing both legs. (Right leg on the left, left leg on the right). Summary: Leg injury year ago, didnt work on muscles to make them stronger. since two months my upper outer thigh has been very swollen, and tender and my leg has been going numb and my left foot is weak.
