Where to get a bunion ultrasound machine for home use?

• I have a genetic tendency toward bunions. While dealing with another health condition that causes generalized inflammation, I developed bunions at a young age (26). I have stopped wearing all high heels and I wear arch support orthotics but I still have pain from the bunions and one is getting worse. They are mild and don't look bad, but I want to do everything I can to avoid bunion surgery down the line. I read about some ideas on the bunion experiment web site. Yes, I probably eat too much sugar, so I am trying to stop eating sugar and balance my hormones. I might be hypothyroid and that might be involved in the inflammation and looseness of my foot ligaments. But ... I have heard that there are bunion ultrasound machines. Can you get a good one to use at home? Can you get bunion ultrasound from a physical therapist? Does it help? What is the purpose and can you achieve similar results (or help on days when you don't see the physical therapist) with things like warm Epsom salt foot baths? Please help - I need to heal these bunions -- I am too young for bunions!

I am having trouble with diabetic feet problems so I was curious about this. Anyway, I hope it helps & if not as Louise Hays says "take what helps & leave the rest".
