How to remove infected ingrown toenail?

Infected Ingrown Toenail?

• I have had an ingrown toenail now for about 5 days now, i pulled the nail up and i have used about half a big bottle of hydrogen peroxide to relieve the swelling. Should I keep pulling the nail up or should i go to a doctor. I have had them before, i think 3 times already, and i never did anything and they went away. But im about to start soccer and being goalie, i have to use my right foot which is the infected side. So i need it to be gone before october 27.p I have tried pulling the nail up and putting cotton underneath but it hurts and i dont know how much or how big of a cotton ball i should put in. so any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Take a Cotton ball pull a piece off wedge it under the nail put a bandaid over it cuz it's likely to fall off and replace the piece of cotton under your nail after each shower/bath what this does is it forces the nail up and out of the skin painlessly and when it's fully out cut your toe nail with either really good toenail clippers or straight scissors because ingrown toenails are caused because the nail isn't straight it's probably un even and if it is Majorly infected you have to have antibiotics and do what I said I hope this helps you =)
