Are there any herbal remedies to calm your nerves?

Any natural remedies for nervous stomach and nerves in general?

My doctor has written me several anti-anxiety nerve pills but I have a bad reaction EVERYTIME. Atarax is a bad one,,even a quarter of the pill. HELP any natural stuff. CANNOT TAKE MELATONIN

I found that gluten was a big cause of anxiety for me. I stopped eating gluten last year and as a bonus my anxiety went away. Try to cut out gluten and see if it helps.
