What can prevent fainting/dizziness?

I tend to get dizzy a lot and I've fainted like 4 times in my life. I am a young teen and I have been trying to drink lots of water but it doesn't seem to work. What can prevent my dizziness for school tomorrow or just anything really.

One way to help this is anytime you feel dizzy is to put your head in between your legs and sit in a squat position. Also, try to eat more healthy sugars, like bananas.
