How do i cure really bad breath?

  • Hi, I'm 19yo Male and I suffer from unbearable life changing twenty four hour bad breath. Its really effected my life in a negative way. Ive always been a really clean person. I brush 6 times a day minimum and I always brush after every meal. It only get worse. when i have completed a session of about 10min of brushing it only seem to only change the aroma to minty but still bad smell. Since the first acknowledgement of my ailment I have smoked regularly every day for four years to cope with my bi polarity caused by the constant reminder of my bad breath. when i talk “they” will always react to my smell and its been damaging to my life. Enough about that my symptoms include morning breath from hell, 24/7 mucus irritation in my throat, a lump behind the left side of my throat, burning sensation in throat that comes and goes, gets worse when drinking liquids even plain water, bumps on the back of my tongue. At earlier stages for two months I was coughing up white smelly balls that i noticed that were attached to my throat or tonsils but stopped within that time. I feel that at times my burning sensation in my throat can be best described as placing a drop of hot sauce in the back your throat and trying to breath in and the pain so intense that it feels that i have to halt my involuntary breathing muscles until that pain dissipates. I have tried a few natural remedies which includes apple cider vinegar drink, apple cider juice, apple sauce in between meals, changing eating habits like no spicy or fried foods. I’ve noticed it had helped with the acid rising but my bad breath still continues. Ive been to EMT he says everything looks fine but prescribed me prilosec which had no effect. I'm currently waiting to see to a stomach specialist as my last hope. If anyone out there knows what the **** I'm going through and know ways to rid of this forever, please help me reach relief THANKS

    Maybe make an appointment with the dentist. Try mouthwash & flossing too.

http://www.therabreath.com/tonsil-stones.html try that site also, brushing your teeth too much (esp. after meals) is bad for you, as when you eat, your enamel is getting worn down, but rather than you waiting for it to heal, you brushing your teeth, wearing it down even more until it is at a point where it won't regenerate. QUIT SMOKING it doesn't really help bipolarity..

well if you have sinus issues that will easily make your breath bad from the mucus and its probably something to do with that. get on some meds for your sinuses. bet you any money thats your problem this stuff called sinus buster works its a spray. i heard some sprays are addictive so watch it or ask a doctor or something b4 u start using. and sudafed works for me

Eat lots and lots of ginger and you must stop smoking because cigarette smokers always have bad breath. The throat cancer you described is also caused by smoking. Stop smoking (your first 3 days of quitting are the hardest), eat a lot of Ginger and go on Cell Food for a year to try and reverse the damage caused by the smoking. Remember to eat plenty of ginger and parsley for your bad breath.
