Carpal tunnel syndrome? Please help!?

• Im 15. I went to the doctors and he said i may have mild cts and i have to wait 6 months and see. I read that if you have cts, u wont have pain in your pinky, but i have felt pain in my pinky twice. I held my iphone for an hour - two hours everyday for 9 months, did this cause it? Please answer! ); Does resting my hand by my sides help? Will i have cts for life?! Will it go away after 6 months? Does it help if i put my phone on the table and type with my index fingers? Must i wear wrist braces at night? Any links to websites on how to stretch or massage my fingers that will help? Should i be worried? Really really worried ):

  cts last for life if you do have this it will not go away ther are operations for it to make it less paiinful you will have to where braces at night ther things you can do to make it come on slower dont pop your nuckels and stretch your fingers at least twice daily it is in your tendons in your hands and wristtyping and using your fingers constently make it worse please follow your dr instructions
