Symptoms...does this sound like anything specific? Thanks.?

This is for my mom. Let me start by saying she IS going to the doctor/for tests/etc. however it is taking FOREVER to get any answers so we'd just like a little heads up if any one can recognize any of these symptoms. Thank you in advance. 1. She is 57 years old. She has smoked for about 40 years but is currently in the process of quitting. She is not at all overweight. On the contrary, she's on the thinner side of average (but not too skinny). She barely eats carbs like bread, pasta, etc. though she does eat sweet carbs like chocolate. Her main diet consists of vegetables and dairy with occasional meat here and there. She practically only drinks black coffee and sometimes Arizona diet green tea. 2. Persistent cough. It's pretty much non productive (no mucus or anything really coming up). It started a few years ago, it gets progressively worse. It's not TOO terrible and it's definitely worse when she's laying down at night and in the morning than during the day but she does cough every now and then during the day. 3. She's had a stuffy nose since August. It wasn't TOO congested until a few weeks ago. She went to the doctor and got the Z pack (5 day). It helped a little, but she still has very little congestion (though definitely not as bad as before she went to the doc.). She says she feels like it's more in the right nostril than the left. 4. She has a ganglion cyst (according to the doctor that's what it is) on her right wrist. Sometimes that wrist feels weak and appears like it might be a little swollen (but the swelling is so slight we can't even tell if it's swollen or not- when you touch it it does not feel swollen). About two times in the past 6 months her right hand felt cramped but tylenol arthritis helped it (and she once occured after she cleaned snow off her car the other time occured after a long day of work- she works in a kitchen). 5. She has bulging veins on the back of both hands. 6. Her voice is pretty deep and a little gravelly sounding (from the smoking I'm guessing). 7. Sometimes it sounds like either her breathing or her voice is making a vibrating sound. 8. Lastly- and the most worrying. She went for her screening mammogram and her check up chest x ray about two days ago. The radiologist told her she'd find out in about 24 hours. 24 hours later they called and told her she'd have to go for a second mammogram becaause they saw something that looked either too cloudy or like a mass in the right breast. They never said anything about the chest x ray at all though...is this definitely something to worry about? Does this sound like anything in particular to anyone? Thanks.

Answer:
She sounds like she has COP-D, and will need another mammogram.
