What is the best diet plan for a vegetarian that has IBS?

Gastritis and IBS along with blood in spit in the morning?

• I had been diagnosed with IBS and gastritis 5 months back. My doctors put me on Nexium and Dicylomine and now I have also started taking Sucrafate. I earlier had burning and gnawling pain in my stomach, but after taking Sucrafate, my burning and gnawling pain has gone, but I still have some kind of pain and discomfort over my navel( around 3-4 inches above navel). I am really scared that why my pain over my navel is not going. I am on a good diet plan for gastritis, but the pain is persistent and the pain keeps moving up and down over my navel. From 2 weeks I am also getting blood in my spit when I am getting the morning so that makes me more worried. I did a H Pylori test and test to check whether they were blood in my stools and both came negative. I am worried. Please help me

  It could be a stomach ulcer. I would contact your doctor as soon as possible. Spitting up blood is serious. Best of luck! Praying you feel better soon.
