Can a person have an ulcer that will cause BAD NERVES and not know it.?

Lately my NERVES are always SUPER ON EDGE. I sleep 5-6 hours on a cpap machine and it's my nerves that wake me up. I feel like I never rested. Could a stomach ulcer cause this. I'm real negative about everything and no energy and real tired ALL THE TIME.
