What is Transverse Nasal Crease?

I have a permanent crease on my lower stomach that has always been there. What is it?

  • Ok, so I'm 5'4" and about 105lbs. I am by no means over weight BUT, I have always had this crease on my lower stomach and it makes a very small awkward pudge just in one little spot. It can't be from slouching because I don't have a roll that appears there when I bend over. I have always wondered what this was and it makes me very self conscience. Can anyone help me with this?

    I have had this my whole life also!! Im just an inch taller than you and weigh 125. I am not fat at all!! I've always wondered this and have researched it and haven't come up with anything. I've always been really self conscious of it but my boyfriend loves it and says its sexy!! We're pretty much stuck with it, embrace it :)

Maybe thats the scar that was left when they removed your conjoined twin sibling that didnt make it after the birth...sorry to be the bearer of sad news, I hope your okay!

I don't know what causes it, but you could try wearing shapewear (something like Spanx) and see if that makes the crease disappear beneath your clothing.

My friend who had surgery as a baby also has a crease in his stomach, could that be it?....
