How do you back up the disks?

How common are herniated disks in the lower back? I have 3, but I've heard that most people have....?

  • at least one in their lifetime, and even people who have not had an MRI probably have some they may not know about. Does anyone have a link or some info about how common this is?

    they are very common, some are from degeneration. i have herniations at c5, c6 and l5, s1, they are from a fall at work though. i use spinehealth.com and spinedoc.com and if you want tons of references go to google and enter herniated discs. the references are unlimited. hope this helps.
