Help...im bulimic and need to stop?

I'm so worried about what will happen if I keep this up. I've been bulimic for about 3 years now but have been having chest pain and idk if its related to this. I need to know all of the long term affects and what I need to do to stop. and if its possible how can I stop it myself, at home? I've tried diet and excersize, diet works and I still do it but I still feel horrible abt myself&i can't excercize because I overdo it and can't stop myself until I almost faint so idk what to do, help?

as long as your over 16 your doctor can't tell you parents. your doctor can refer you to a treatment clinic, where you could go once or twice a week, my friend did that and it helped her alot, not she hasn't purged in over 3months and the long term damage is bad, i've only been doing it for about 2years but i'll do it anywhere between 1 - 7 times a day and my teeth are rotting im' losing my hair, my liver is old, my blood is laking too much vitamin, i often get ulcers, i throw up blood and bile, i have a slight ruptur in my throat and im' starting to faint regularly i also have those chest paint wich mean it's dangerous for you heart time to get help. im' supposed to be sent to over night treatment, living in the hospital till im' cured get help now, you don't have to start with huge treatment but get some help, before you get as bad as me or worse.

Being bulimic for three years has probably totally screwed up your immune system, acid reflux, and liver. You most likely get sick more often then not. And your chest pain is probably definitely related to your illness. The long term affects could result in an early death from the lack of nutrients and protein you are depriving your body of. What you need to do is grab yourself a workout buddy. Someone who will workout with you and when they stop you need to stop. Careful about who you pick. You want someone who only takes about an hour in the gym, no longer and no less. As for the diet, the same method would be perfect. Have a partner who will share mealtimes with you, and do something with you after instead of going to the toilet. If you really feel bad about yourself sometimes, drink some water. Also have water with every meal it will help to keep down your food and settle your stomach. Remember you have a beautiful body, don't kill yourself by depriving your body of what it needs. FOOD! and its delicious...especially when it stays down.
