Is there any way to stop/Prevent Heat Rash?

Help I don't know if this is a heat rash or herpes?

  • I wear spandex type underwear in hot humid weather and for the past two weeks I noticed I have a huge rash on both sides of my bikini line that leads all the way to my butt cheeks. The rash has gotten worse and now I'm worried its herpes. please help

    Stop wearing spandex (that doesn't let you breath down staris) and switch to cotton, you could have some irritation or allergic reaction from the spandex. You usually get herpes from receiving oral sex or having intercourse with some one that has it, it doesn't come from underwear.

well first you have to consider if herpes is possible. if you are a virgin and have never kissed anyone, go to step 1. if not, step 2. 1) heat rash, get laid. 2) probably a heat rash, go to a doctor. then get laid.

No that is not herpes that is definitaly a heat rash. Switch to some loose cotton underwear and put some baby powder or gold bong were you are getting the rash before you go out. This will prevent the sweating and chafing that causes it.
