Why do I have white bumps?

All of the hair I've grown in my penis has small white bumps?

I'm 13, and I've noticed little white bumps in my penis like 2 years ago, I have had sex before so I'm scared, all of the hair that i have grown in my penis little white bumps, they are under my penis because its only the are where i grow hair, including scrotum, non of them bumps are by themselves, they all have hair, all of the hair I've grown have bumps, the bumps arent by themselves, they come with the hair. I noticed those little white bumps in my feet too and my hand, but they're not visible, you can barely see them unless you pull the hair. I noticed that all of the hair in my hand and feet have bumps, but they're not visible unless you pull it. But in my penis its clearly there and white, they're small though. I have had unprotected sex when I was like 9 years old, some 14 year old that used to work cleaning the house of my cousin, who was my neighbor did it with me, back then i didn't know **** about virginity and sex, so I was kind of abused and dont want to tell my parents. So I'm really scared and i never noticed it until i was like 12, but i don't think i didn't have the bumps until 11.
