Why did my canker sore get bigger?

How to get rid of canker sore? PAINFUL?

• I'm in so much pain! I can't even talk! ok so I get cold sores once in a blue moon but canker sores I get every 3 weeks and like 4 at a time! if I have one then that happens every two weeks..yes they usually do get better I ignore it.... I have one on my tongue now! the tongue ones are extremley more painful my whole tongue is swollen! it's less painful then yesterday though! so I hurts alot it's right on the tip of my tongue it's not like any dot kinda canker sore it's an actual canker sore! like yellow ..kinda big..AND on the tip of my tongue kinda under it and it hurts when It touches my teeth! and everytime I talk I prounounce my S's weird and I can't even talk right! how can this go away it's been here about 3 days! My family says it's cause I don't brush my teeth regularly but I do I mean idk oh and I think it's a family thing because my mom and grandpa and cousins have it but not soooo much like me! and anoter question do you know how thy can permamntly go away? that may be impossible but atleast for a decent amount of time! SHEEESh! anyways atleast how can I make this one go away it hurts real bad I can't even eat or talk

  I relate with what you're going thru. Through the years, I have had cankers that I've barely noticed, others that hurt so much it made me cry, and others somewhere in between.
