Is my acne scarring really bad?

Which product is better for acne scarring?

  • I am seventeen years old, have moderately severe active acne, and a ton of acne scarring. I am debating on whether to purchase Clinique's Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector or Estee Lauder's Idealist Even Skintone Illuminator. I understand that using these will not cure my active acne, but right now the scarring is really getting me down. My goal is to wear less makeup to cover up my scarring by late March. Which one of these would work the best on my past acne scarring (which I have a lot of)? Thank you in advance! All advice is much appreciated.

  • Answer:

If you treat your acne by focusing on external symtoms of your acne, you will temporarily decrease symtoms but can make your acne worse in the long run!

Clearasil Ultra All in One Wash and Mask I have never been able to get rid of my acne. For years its caused me to hate my looks, and even avoid makeup as it seems to make it more visable. I just started buying this product, and after only 2-3 weeks i've noticed visible difference in my face. Blackheads going, scarring fading fast, and for once, I feel soft and look clear. Easy to follow directions (use for 10seconds as a wash each day, or 1minute 3 times a week for a deep clean and reduce scars) I used to use it every day as the 10second wash, but 3 times a week i'd change to using the 1minute timing. Now I can honestly say, I feel good looking in the mirror. Shame just as I noticed results, a great big COLDSORE appeared :( typical lol goodluck
