I think I have an infection in my finger. What should I do?

My finger is all green do you think it could be an infection?

my index finger has gone yellowish green i went to the doctors they gave me antibiotics but its made it worse i need help please.

it could an infection since it affected only one finger. finish the course of antibiotics. if ur nail become wrinkled and hurt to be touched later on. try to put green lemon. Cut a hole and insert ur finger in it. keep it for as long as u can. hope this will help u.
