Can human flea bites ooze?

Chigger or flea bites?

• Like two weeks ago I noticed I had some bites that were like tiny open wounds, most are in a group of 3-5. I have now got 82 bites and they are driving me nuts. My dad said he thinks they are flea bites or chiggers, I do have two outside cats (they never come inside) and a few days after I gave them both baths was when I discovered the bites. I also have a rabbit and duck who are in a shed and I only go in thereto feed them or give them water so im in there like 5minutes a day and yes it is very messy in there. Is it possible for fleas or chigger bites to spread when scratched? Also what is a good thing to use to stop itching? I have tried calamine lotion and it is not helping much. I first noticed them on my lower legs and ankles and now they are on my arms. If it helps any I do live in the woods but I have 4other people living with me including my son and none of them have them, I barely go out around here but my son is out several hours a day but does not have any but the one place my son and none else whom lives with me goes is where the rabbit and duck are, I am the only one that goes there.   They look like chiggers to me, but I don't know why they would spring up all of a sudden. My advice is to give them a good scratching and then douse it in rubbing alcohol. It'll burn for a little bit but it'll kill whatever is in there.
