Do you have any suggestions for treating acne on my back?

I need help with treating my acne, any suggestions?

  • I have used many different things for treating my acne but none of them give lasting effects, please let me know if there is something that really worked for you.

    I know ppl say that using creams and proactive works, but actually, it doesn't for some people. With me, the only thing that worked was drinking a lot of water. When you drink a lot of water, it cleans out your body. Try drinking two liters or so of water a day until your skin clears up. It worked fast with me and I lost a lot of weight on top of that. Creams and face washes for acne work from the skin down, but drinking plenty of water helps from the inside out flushing out, so it will help you out more, in my opinion. Give it a try, why not? it would be helpful if you listed what it is you have tried. I used Ketsugo gel on my face for hormonal acne and the spray on my back. Qvc used to sell it and if it doesn't work within the 30 day period they will refund the cost if you send it back as with anything you buy from them. good luck
