Can you get your skin back to normal if you have acne?

• can you get your skin back to normal if you have acne like i have acne i guess its kindy severe i only have it a lot on my face but not a lot on my forehead and i have scars on my face but its like under my skin and red and my face is pale. so can i get it back to perfect. Also i tired many med. but one worked but then i stoped using it because i got lazy so yeah then it stop working. but my mom gonna get more because the doctor also prescribted a nother med to mix together or should i just do laser resurfacing. and some people say just leave off the oily foods or something . PleasE help Thank you

  That whole thing about McDonalds causes acne is a myth, so I just got that out of the way. I'm not saying that food doesn't effect weather or not you get break outs but eating healthy helps. Also WATER; water is great for the skin and good for you. For stuff you can buy over the counter you might want to try is Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Medication. I use it and it works pretty good. It's Clean & Clear: PERSA-GEL 10. its 10% Benzoyl Peroxide and its practically just proactive for seven dollars. It comes in a little tube but I'm sure if you stayed on it and put it on at least 2 times a day you could clear up. Now about scars I don't really know what to tell you except maybe doing some research on some lotions you can buy. Laser Resurfacing seems foolish especially at 15, because your 15 your gonna get pimples, not to mention its super expensive. Medication also works good but you can't be lazy about it, but I'm guilty there too, I'm bad at taking pills everyday.
