What to do for a burn caused by sparklers?

I have a blister caused by a burn on my feet?

I burned my feet the other day when walking up a back-top road, and I got a burn below my second toe, on both feet. It is making walking kinda painful, and I have been stuck in my house because I cannot wear shoes because it hurts too much. Should I pop the blisters, or leave them be, to heal on their own? ~help me, shma
