Can Someone Tell Me What Old Traditional Indian Wear Is Called?

Can someone tell me what this is called and if you know, how to get rid of it.?

Also I'm going to six flags on monday and i really don't want it to show. Please answer my question.

    Might be a weird allergic reaction to something. You might want to check with the doctor. If it's itchy, benadryl can help that. I think they make a cream. If not, get a cream that's for allergies.

Back acne sorry to say but that's what it is summer time its from sweating don't worry just wash it often and us a disinfectant soap it will help u probably just have really sensitive skin hope i helped

Use tea tree oil. put a few drops on a warm, soapy wash cloth, and run it over your back. It will help dry it up.
