Acne problems! Need a solution without spending money. Any house hold items that could help or any home remedies? Please help.

Answer:
Use a hot compress to relieve swelling (soak a towel in hot water and press on affected area, as hot as you can stand it). Also, wash your hair once a day and keep it off your face especially at night.
