Does working out reduce the appearance of stretch marks? PLEASE HELP!?

Im 13 and I have stretch marks,and I guess I gained a few pounds and have been growing allot faster than I should,im guessing is where they came from but I barely weight alittle more than 100 pounds ,okay back to what I was saying..I have been trying creams and stuff but they just wont go away and I noticed that even veryy little weight I gain..I get MORE stretch marks and the ones I already have just get worse and its embarressing for me..Im wondering if working out and eatting better will help get rid of the appearance of them at all or maybe doing some kind of skin care routine on them ..but seriously I have horrible stretch marks on my inner theighs,my hips,and also on my breasts which I hate and am so ashamed of..I just want to get rid of them and they wont fade or anything

No working out doesn't help if u have light skin (like me) try coco butter that works over time but still work out. I hope it works for u (:
