How can I get rid of acne scars?

  • I've had these acne scars for a while now and they do not look pleasant. I really hate it and sometimes I get depressed when I look at myself in the mirror and think back to the times when my skin was so good. My skin isn't bad, its normal but I think I broke out because I soaked my face in coconut oil that I used for bathing in. That made me break out soo bad, and I left the coconut oil on for the whole day. I broke out in hives really, and now I face the consequences, acne scars. :| Its been about 4 months now, some scars faded but you can still see a few. They don't look pleasant at all! I hate it. Is there any advice you know that could help my acne scars?? Because I realllyyyy hate these scars. I'm tired of using concealer to cover it up because I hate concealer. I thought about using Vitamin A or E pills and rubbing it on my scars but I don't know yet.

I use Vitamin E oil on my face and have had no problems as yet. But i use it only during winter. You can also try using Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula. This is supposed to smooth marks and scars. You can get it at any drug store or grocery stores. For summer try using Aloe Vera gel. Make sure it has at least 99% Aloe in it..Hope this helps you.. Good luck

You can try vitamin E oil it is very effective. Pineapple juice has a good amount of ascorbic acid which acts as a good bleach for the skin, so when applied often and washed after 10 or 15 minutes help a great deal in reducing acne,pimple scars.
