My wrist feels tight?

I have severe itching on my arms from my wrist to my shoulders no rash feels like pins pricking?

• It feels good to scratch but within seconds it comes back even more severe and itchier. My skin hurts and feels to tight for my arms. I am using a cream called SARNA which my dr says do not put on open sores cause it will burn haha no it doesn't . I am in need of some answers I can't take this itching anymore.

  I've had this problem for years and have found nothing that works every time. Sometimes gold bond lotion works, sometimes calamine does the trick and in some instances I've found cortisone cream will help. But sometimes nothing helps
