Cartilage Piercing Infection?

• I have 2 cartilage piercings on my left ear I got done back in January. When i first got it, it was swollen and red, but as time went by my ear went back to normal health. But i had an incident (around April or May) with my little cousin smacking my cartilage to where it started bleeding. Ever since then, my ear has been like swollen, bumpy(scaly type of texture i guess you can say), and totally red compared to my right ear. I'm currently using the antiseptic Claire's given me. ANY HELP TO RETURNING MY EAR BACK TO NORMAL?! I heard about sea salt soak solutions helping, does it really? If so, how do i apply it to my ear?   My Ear looked the exact same as yours did and it was bleeding, puffy, tender, sore and super infected i went to the doctor an they told me to just take it out, wait for it to heal and get it re pierced if i wanted to
