Are these flea or bed bug bites?

I woke up the other day with little red bumps all over my body. They are small and not very noticeable but enough for me to notice them. They do itch a little bit. I have a hamster and she does scratch often... is it possible that I got fleas from her? Or could these bites be from bed bugs? I just washed my sheets and covers... Thanks
