How can you heal a cut without having it leave a mark?

What kind of a bug that will leave a mark that won't heal?

  • i have this mark on my face in the corner of my left eye since when i was a baby (not a birth mark i can assure you) its very small and its pinkish red dot in the middle with red pinkish lines coming out of it (sorry i really don't know how to describe the mark) . im currently 13 so the mark actually didn't go away for 13 years. it doesn't hurt or itchy. when i was a baby, i live in a remote places with few villagers in the mountains in china. i really want to know what bug made this mark. oh yea, i don't know when i got it but i know its not recently. i got a red dot on my right hand pinky finger - doesn't hurt or anything except it doesn't go away! now i look closely it's kind of stick up like a bump. any idea what causes it thanks in advance
