How to get rid of swelling and redness of my nose?

Picked a pimple how can i get rid of the redness and swelling?

  • i have a bad habit of picking at my skin. and yeap i picked at a pimple and now its all red and inflamed. no need to lecture me i know its bad but how can i get of the redness and swelling at least a little bit? thanks. also how can i prevent myself from doing it in the future? i have adhd so i have trouble controlling impulses. i cut my nails but what else should i do. thanksss

    You should rub some ice on it and pay it no mind it will go down . You should be fine in a couple of hours. To help stop picking just picture the inflamed pimple you don't want any permanent damaged skin.

wash your face, put antibiotic ointment (like neosporin or however its spelled) on it, then don't touch it. i used to have that problem, but now i found distracting yourself with an ipod or something is useful. try listening to music, or having a rubber band on your wrist and snap yourself every time you are about to do it.oh, and right before you shower, it helps to turn the water on really hot so the mirrors fog up and you cant see yourself anymore. good luck!
