What to do about a phantom itch?

This isn't the jock itch.. Idk what it is, Help?

• I've always thought that this was jock itch but its not. I've used 3 different jock itch sprays and it never went away, so I actually googled what it looked like and what I have isn't the jock itch. I was stupid not to google an image in the first place, but now heres the description. Directly on my balls, there are folds or ruffles or something and at night they become really itchy, the jock itch spray helps the itchyness but its not really a cure, anyone know what this is? theres no discoloration or anything my balls are just like squiggly ruffles or something :L ty in advance~ What is this??

  It still sounds symptomatic of jock itch, keep in mind that it is fungus, so it can spread. It can be very resistant.. and stay around for a while. . basically the more you itch it , the deeper you're rubbing it into your skin. I've gone through all of the the OTC options, lanacin, etc. Hands down the best thing to do is tea tree oil. Take a swab on a qtip, and goto town. It wont sting, but will tingle and help sooth the itching. . Use before sleep until gone
