Vitamin E capsules or skin oil for scars on face?

  • I have scars on my face from acne. I heard you can break the vitamine e capsules and rub them on ur acne scars. I Went to wal mart today and i bought " Spring Valley" vitamine E capsules 400 I.U, and i also bought the spring valley vitamine E skin oil, 12000 I.U. my question is, which one is better to use on my face scars and how should i use them? Plz help, im trying to get rid of these scars badly. I also bought some bio-oil, is it safe to use 2 products on the same day?

    Get a bottle of Vitamin E and rub some on your scars, I had a scar that i got from doing a faceplant ( from my eye to my jaw bone, and you cant even see it .. i rubbed it on my face every night. and it was gone within a month tops .. hope that helped

just use the vit e capsules massage into scar clpckwise let soak in dont put bio oil on face use on neck elbows etc in day time put vit e capsules on massage dab off excess with tissues you need fish oils to swallow also vit e to swallow capsules you must swallow with food or they won't work if you can afford it you could use sun bed once a week even if you have dark or black skin as it thickened skin so aids repair with your treatment

They are all going to do the same thing. If the scars are old and have already formed, you have wasted your money! None of these will work for existing scars. You need to use these as the wounds are healing to prevent scaring! You should just use which ever is the cheapest (usually the vitamin E capsules!)

Bio oil didnt really work for me. Try cocoa butter. Its high in vitamin e and fades away scars quickly.
