Mild oil burn, how to prevent from scarring/leaving a mark behind?!?
-
So the story is, at work I had accidentally caused some high temperatured (roughly on 360 F/C?) oil to splash up onto my hand. It has been a a few days and what's become of it is a big glob of discoloured skin. It doesn't hurt & it's a very mild burn as my skin has not blistered or risen in any sort of way. My question is: how can I prevent it from leaving behind that glob of discolouration forever? Or is there a cream I can use so that that burnt part of my skin can peel away and form a new layer of skin over top?
