What is the best way to get rid of pimples or rashes?

  • i get pimples sometimes on my face. but now i get rashes on my underarms . not sure if its razor burn. but i use cream., it gets rid of it sure. but then it will come back again. whats the best way to get rid of pimples and rashes so it will stay away? thank you :)

    I Had Pimples All Over My Face!! I Went To My Dermotoligst And She Gave Me Some Creams To Help. [[ALL OF MY PIMPLES ARE GONE!!]] I Also Have Razor Bumps On My Knees. I Left Them Alone, And They Are Gone!! I Hope This Helps!! I Am 14 And Know All Of The Stresses Of Puberty!!

Wash your face twice daily with some good skin care products for acne. I use Neutrogena wash, with salicylic acid and alpha hydroxy and it works great. Then I use the Neutrogena acne cream on each individual pimple. The under arm area has to be clean and dry and use a good clinical strength deodorant, cost more, but is so effective.

lol i get the same! i use for my pimples the neutrogena rapid clear and they go away in like 2 - 5 days! and the rashes i use the vaseline lotion (cocoa butter). i apply everytime i get out of the shower or bath and it goes away.... some times i use johnston baby powder over it.

I get those alot too. It could be razor burn, and it does come back like it does on me and it painful ****
