Face is so swollen from pimple popping, please help!?

Last night I had the brilliant idea of popping EVERY little pore on my forehead. I probably only had about three places where puss actually came out--my skin is normally very clear and soft. But I couldn't resist nabbing at those little blackheads and pores on my forehead. Well, I got carried away for about an HOUR! I woke up this morning, and although the actual pimples I popped are flat, they are very red. My face seems somewhat swollen, and it looks like I have serious acne from the places that I pinched and squeezed at. How do I get the redness and swelling to go away?! I am going out to dinner tonight and I know people will comment because my face looks so much different than it normally does. Please Help! (I'm applying an ice bag to my forehead as I type this in hopes that ice will help it)

yea do the ice thing... i ussaly take a hot shower THEN apply the ice bag... But if it doesnt go down, and it starts to look infected got o your doctor nto to alarm you but, my dads friends wife poped a pimple on her face and it got infected and the infection spred throughout her bodey and she died....
