How can i make my skin perfect?

How can i make my skin clear what skin type do i have?

• im 13 years old and i always had redness on my cheeks ever since i was about 7 years old,it kind of looks like acnee but its not because its not possible to have ance ever since seven years,also i have these little white bumps but there small not huge,and i have alot they kind of look like pimples but a smaller type i have no idea. i already went to my doctor and she said that it was just acne and dry skin. i already use good mositeriser my skin is very soft and hydrated now but i cant get rid of the redness and little bumps i only have it on my cheeks and a little by my eyebrows but i dont have a problem with that only my cheeks i would love to have clear skin. : ) my doctor told me to use epidou gel but thats for acne i dont have any and i dont have any oil on my face only shine on my nose. usually its almost gone in the summer because all the fruit i eat and of course swimming and im not under alot of stress. help me out please . i was wondering can it be rosacea? btw my doctor said to use epidou first then if it doesnt work then she will make me an appoitment for the dermitologist,but i want my skin clear before i go back to school which is august 11th help ! thanks for reading sorry its so longg : )

  Try using Cetaphil as both a cleanser (with water) and a moisturiser (without water). It's gentle and you can use it all over your body. Avoid make-up, especially scented. You could possibly have atopic eczema, dermatitis or a skin or food allergy. Talk to your doctor, and he may help you or refer you to an allergist. Good luck.
