Is there a way to prevent heat rash?

Heat rash?! It's so annoying! how to prevent it?!?

• I'm sixteen and i've never ever gotten heat rash before. this entire summer i havent gotten it, and then last week, places on my arms, legs, hands, feet, (it gets reeaaally itchy and annoying when its in between the fingers and toes) started getting itchy and red, sometimes having a few clear dots. I thought it was mosquito bites, but then i realized the itchy spots disappeared after a couple of minutes. problem is, i dont have a minute of piece. there are numeral rashes at once, and when one disappears another appears! i can barely sleep because of it, and schools going to come up and it'll be a problem. Why did it all of a sudden appear? how to stop it? i tried keeping myself cool, putting on air conditioners but nothing has changed

  i had this a few months ago all up my feet and legs and i got hives too. the best thing you can do is not to itch. get an anti itching cream like eurax. that should take away the itching subsequently the rash. secondly, just have a nice long bath, try to relax, try not to itch it, and try to avoid any further skin irritation, like through dry shaving etc
